Training Services

Training classes can be either at or near your location to minimize travel expenses.

Classes are offered for glass container manufacturing processes, glass container defects, corrugated packaging, re-sort and re-pack crew training, and an introduction to Statistical Process Control (SPC).

We also offer a comprehensive Glass Container Defect Manual.  The manual describes what a defect is, where it is located on the container, and what problems it will cause for you or your customer.  Included is bottle nomenclature as well as tips for describing defects to your supplier.  The manual is illustrated with pictures of many common defects to use as a reference for future defect analysis.
